Andrada about volunteering

I took part in a volunteering activity in “Rivulus Pueris” day centre in Decembre 2013. Our group of students prepared together with our music teacher a bunch of nice carols in Romanian, English and French, we bought some sweets and went there to meet the seniors. They were happy to see us again and they followed us in performing our little programme with emotion and warmth. 

They even joined us when we sang the Romanian carols. I think we succeeded to create some special moments because when we finished  our show and moved towards them with our gifts they hugged us with tears in their eyes. It was so emotional…
